Northern Policy Institute has published a series of commentaries in response to Ontario’s Draft 2041 Northern Ontario Multimodal Transportation Strategy. Recommendations found within the commentaries, Actions to move Northern Ontario forward, relate directly to directions outlined in the draft policy.
The third and final commentary of the series, “Marine Tourism - Cabotage” by author Dr. Barry Prentice focuses on the opportunities and obstacles of marine tourism on the Great Lakes.
